George was great at a stressful time. We had a power surge at my mom’s house. This caused the electric panel to be destroyed. George came out in a timely fashion and was professional during the visit. He liked it over and told me he would be able to get mom’s house back up. He put me at ease with his professionalism and great personality. He returned the next day to start his very long day. He kept apologizing for the long time. The reason was they were short handed but he was determined to get the house up. He very hard to get the outside inspected so he could get the power company back out to hook the house back up before 3pm. The power company day ended at 3 and it would have costed up an additional $500 to reconnect. George kept me laughing all day. I would highly recommend George and Jordan Air for any work. Thank you again George for all you did.

George F. did an outstanding job. He was prompt and courteous. I showed him the locations for the surge suppressors & light switch repair and he readily answered my questions. His work was timely, accurate and clearly that of a master electrician. He arrived a stranger and left a friend. It really helped me to know I could still depend on Jordan Air. They took care of my Athens home for 20+ years. George's professionalism and care assured me Jordan Air would provide excellent service of my electrical needs in this new home.

I called JordanAir to have a new HVAC Air-conditioning Unit installed to replace my 18 yr old unit. The Technician Blain and his assistant arrived around 8am. All work was done professionally and they cleaned up after they were done with the installation. Before the Technician left he showed me how to operate my new thermostat and explained my new HVAC system. I would definitely recommend this company. In addition, I had Jordan Air-conditioning Technician install surge protection today May 5, 2025 after receiving my Spring system checkup. My Technician Ryan was very informative and polite as he did my requested service. I do feel I can rely on the JordanAir Company for my HVAC needs, thank you again!

I have been with Jordan Air for almost 15 years. They installed my AC system and have maintained it for those 15 years. They are always professional, courteous and flexible. Great communication and never any hidden or surprise fees, truthful and up front. Brandon, the tech that worked on my system this week was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. They even take care of my plumbing. I would not trust anyone else for my AC and plumbing needs.

Not sure if they'll let you pick your electrician, but if they do, "Dino from St. Pete" is a great choice. He was prompt, pleasant, and tenacious about getting to the bottom of all our quirky little electrical issues. He didn't talk too much nor too little; just communicated progress as he went through the diagnostic process and solved all problems at a fair price which he quoted up front. The shoe covers were a nice touch. As they say on the phone, "Details matter." Take a bow, Dino and Jordan!

Justin came out to access the problem and give an estimate. After approval of cost he was able to due the plumbing job. Needed some supplies and was able to find them locally. Finished today and did a great job. Thanks Justin and Jordan Air and Plumbing etc. This is there 3rd time out and each guy was great.

All technicians were knowledgeable and kind. They stayed focused on the task of installation. They completed the job and were gone by three pm. We had been told the job could take through five pm and if problems arose they may be here until 7pm. That just showed they stayed on task. If anyone would ask who we would recommend for hvac services we would quickly answer —Jordan.

My positive experience started when I called Jordan heating and air to have my air conditioner serviced. The young lady told me about their service plan that really fit my budget. It was a combo plan that included electrical plumbing and heating and air. Tyler and Jason came out to service my electrical and they were exceptional!! We automatically bonded and developed a trusting relationship. They were very professional and informative. I had the best experience. I would recommend Jordan heating and air without hesitation!!

My Mother In Laws house had a power surge that burned up the circuit breaker box. My husband called on Thursday when it happened and George came out promptly to inspect the situation. As is common in older homes, a lot of issues were discovered that needed to be repaired before it would be safe to return the electricity to the house. He returned on Friday fully prepared to fix them all in one days time even though it was a lot. He had a 12 hour day of hard labor, working diligently to make sure that not only was the job completed, it was worked so that the part that needed to be done in order for the power company to return the electricity to the home was done BEFORE the power company employees quitting time, thereby avoiding an “emergency call” that would have been $500. He was exhausted yet completely professional and dedicated to the task at hand. For an unexpected electrical emergency, George made the experience as pleasant as possible and we are incredibly grateful and pleased.

There was a small problem getting my unit fixed. But the way the problem was handled was beyond compare! During a time of customer service being nonexistent. Every person at Jordan Air showed that customer service does exist!!! Installation was clean, and as timely as units can be. And there is zero signed of anybody being there! Would recommend Jordan Air to anybody needing HVAC work done!!! I can not put into words how happy we are with this job!

Just wanted to thank everyone at Jordan Air for the very prompt and professional service we had when our dryer outlet shorted out. George Funk and his helper arrived on time and explained all our options on handling the issue. The whole process and repair took less than an hour and we appreciated all that they did for us! The cost of the repair was much less than what we anticipated. We will certainly use Jordan Air in the future and hope we see George again, when we do! Thanks guys!
